Command quiet-down

Quiet down Jenkins, in preparation for a restart. Don’t start any builds.

Command

java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -s https://ci.de.dariah.eu/jenkins/ quiet-down [-block] [-reason VAL] [-timeout N]

 -block      : Block until the system really quiets down and no builds are
               running. Note that running Pipeline jobs do not block the quiet
               down: they pause at the end of their current step (default:
               false)
 -reason VAL : Reason for quiet down that will be visible to users
 -timeout N  : If non-zero, only block up to the specified number of
               milliseconds (default: 0)
