added new aptly upload snapshot shared script

added release deb script

adding distri and ppath to params.

generalized path to deb package, can be docs instead of target, for example... please set cpomplete path in ppath if needed...

added -f to removing .changes files, we do not have always such files to delete...

removed target folder from release script
please add /target to all doDebRelease() calls
